Practice Manager

• Full time over 4 days
• No weekend or late evenings
• Remuneration commensurate with experience!
• A very rewarding and varied role working alongside some of the best in the industry. This is a senior management role and requires prior experience.

Duties include:

• Manage the entire clinic operations autonomously
• Ensuring smooth and efficient running of the practice
• Management of extensive appointment book with up to 10 sessions a day
• Leading, training and guiding administrative and clinical staff
• Attending to staff roster and staff recruitment as required
• Monitor all practice activities including plant and equipment
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and requirements
• Absolute attention to detail and ability to lead a large diverse team

This role would suit a candidate with:

• Experience working in a similar role in dental industry
• Staff management experience is essential
• Proven track record of highest level of organisational and administrative skills
• Exceptional communication ability, verbal and written
• Time management, ability to multi task and prioritise
• Proven track record in leadership
• Confidence backed up by ability
• Reliability and punctuality, leading by example
